First, we'd like to express our thanks for visiting YukonXML.com!
When Microsoft announced the beta 1 of Yukon last year, some of the
PerfectXML team members started working on a new resources Web site dedicated to "Yukon".
Initially we planned to cover only XML-related features on this site, hence the domain name was chosen as
YukonXML.com (at that time, SQL Server 2005 was not yet the official name for the release, everywhere it was referred as Yukon).
But, very soon we realized that to make YukonXML a premier site for all things SQL Server 2005, we need to expand the
scope and as our managing editor mentioned in
his first blog entry,
with the help of community members such as you, we plan to cover all the SQL Server 2005 features and technologies on this site.
When Yukon received the official name as SQL Server 2005,
we registered the domain
SS2005.com (for SQL Server 2005) and
it points to YukonXML.com.
Our mission is to bring to you the quality content on SQL Server 2005 technologies.
Articles,
case studies,
